Goals / Strategic Plan 2011

1. Encourage and invite new graduate nurses into the world of Oncology.

2. Encourage community outreach through various NEWONS activities.

3. Explore new ways to recruit and retain members.

4. Continue to allocate resources that give continuing nursing education to our membership.

5. Continue to support national ONS activities.

6. Increase participation in national organization activities.

7. Maintain communication for chapter.

8. Explore ways to support the financial needs of our organization.
